Josh took the EMOM to a new level today by putting it on a Tabata interval.

Workout:

32 Intervals (:20 on/:10 off) for time:
10 SDHP (75/53#)
10 Push Press (75/53#)
10 MedBall Cleans (20/14#)
10 KBS (53/35#)
Athletes cycle through the four movements, changing movements each interval. If they can't complete 10 reps of the movement they are on they must complete a penalty of double unders before resuming the intervals. Reps of double unders equal the number of intervals they have left to complete. They can rest as long as they want before resuming their work.
