More Progressions!

We saw some more great progressions today for the tempo dips. 
Similar to the back squat, we are using tempo dips to build awareness and strength in the end ranges of the dip. Here we see a few versions:
1. Christian with no assistance.
2. Sarah with light assistance from the small box.
3. Priscilla with a little more assistance from the bench.
4. Karen using blocks on a push up to get more range and mimic the dip position.
