Mobility and Stability

There is a tremendous amount of mobility AND stability needed for many of the movements we did today. Ankles, knees and shoulders need to be more than just mobile enough to allow us to get into a good position for a Pistol or Overhead Squat, they also need to be stable enough to support weight (be it our own or the weight of a barbell) in these positions. Here’s Sequoia with 225# overhead, and Kim, making pistols look pretty easy.
