Triple Extension

Triple extension refers to the explosive generation of power produced by the simultaneous extension of the hips, knees and ankles! When these three joints work together they can create massive amounts of power… often the secret to maximizing the force needed to produce the perfect timing and capability for the squat clean (or other Olympic Lifts).
