Biking Eva (ish)

Today was a big workout, inspired by the Benchmark Workout, Eva! We biked instead of the 800m run; we did Russian KBS and we did Renegade rows instead of pull ups. We modified (a lot), but the inspiration was there… and the challenge definitely proved to be there, too! Here is Coach Mollie doing a beautiful job on her renegade rows. Were those surprisingly harder than you expected?
