Our Community
There are some people that come into our lives and change us for the better. They bring a light with them that shines bright on everything that they do, and that we do. They lift us up, make us laugh, make us feel loved. They help us love life and ourselves to the fullest.
Helene is one of those people.
And her spirit will live on through all of us that she touched. We will endeavor to share with others what she has shared with us. Forever a part of our gym, our community and ourselves.

2 Rounds for time (15 minute cap)
P3&4: 200m Sandbag Carry while...
P1: Bike 12/9 Calories
P2: Bike 12/9 Calories once P1 has finished
P1&P2: AMRAP Rope Climbs until P3&4 return from Sandbag Carry
Partners switch stations
*Two full rounds of both stations
Score= Time - (minus) Rope climbs x2 (in seconds)
Example: If it takes the team 9:35 and they get 15 rope climbs their overall time is 9:05 (9:35-15(x2))

12 Minute Clock:
DB Burpee Deadlift Box Step Over Ladder: 2-4-6-8-10-12-14...etc
P1: 2 DB Burpee DL Box Step Over (moves onto rower)
P2: Does 4 DB Burpee DL Box Step Over once P1 is done and when they finish they move on to rower
P3: 6 DB Burpee DL BSO once P2 is done and when they finish the move on to rower
P4: 8 DB BDL BSO once P3 is done and then they move on to rower
Before P1 can start the round of 10 they must do 20 sit ups. Etc...
Score= Total Calories rowed x total COMPLETED round of DB Burpee Deadlift Box Step Overs + any extra DB BDL BSO
TRIPLE BEAST FOR EAST WORKOUT #1
10 Minutes or 5 attempts per teammate (whichever comes first)
Ground to Overhead = 2x weight (equals points)
Ground to Shoulders = 1x weight (equals points)
Total all points per teammate.

It's been a while since I've posted, and I apologize for that. We got home late this afternoon from Tahoe and no one felt much like eating anything. Dylan mentioned the salad from West End so that's what we recreated!
Mixed greens and pea shoots, I roasted some beets (golden and red), avocado, cherry tomatoes, Gorgonzola, soft boiled eggs, cut up rotisserie chicken from New Leaf and a homemade dressing of olive oil and champagne vinegar. It hit the spot 😋
Dylan loves this one. Iz ... not so much. Fresh tomatoes, burratta cheese, basil and a little olive oil mixed together and then spooned on top of pasta ❤️
Sautéd veggies to go with our chicken tonight. I put 4 cloves of garlic 🧄 and a red onion in my Le Creuset. Once they were soft I added zucchini, bell peppers and an eggplant. Let those cook for about 5 minutes and then added 4 heirloom tomatoes, some salt and pepper, rosemary and basil.
