Workout:

3 rounds:
1 minute of work then 2 minutes of rest at each of the 3 following stations:
1). 5 bench press (95/185) and 10 clapping push ups.
2). 3 power cleans (113/185) and 10 hang power cleans (53/65)
3). 5 back squats (113/185) and 10 jumping squats (53/65)
Their score is the number of rounds that they complete the required number of reps within the minute of work.
