Two cool shots from this morning.  First one is Frank mid-flight looking light in those new kicks (maybe a little M.J. in there??), with A.J and Bryan working up the ladder in the back.  Second one (click the photo) is of Sloan and Adrian showing us the difference between extension and flexion in the broad jump.
