Straight Up

It's really important to keep a good position off the ground in the deadlift.  You see a lot of times either the hips fly up, leaving the chest forward or the hips open too early causing the bar to move around the knees.  Kari shows us here a great position off the ground, her hips and chest have risen at the same rate, keeping her back at an ideal angle and the bar traveling straight up.
