Got It Figured Out?

Do you know the difference between a push jerk and power jerk?  
A push jerk you do not move your feet, and a power jerk you do.  Sometimes if we focus to much on our foot movement, we shortchange our leg and hip extension.  The push jerk can be a good drill in this case to take the focus away from the feet, and into the legs and hips.  
Here is Casey looking like he's got the power part figure out in the jerk.  

Workout:

15 Minutes:  Clean and Power Jerk

5 rounds:
1st minute: calorie row (15/20)
2nd minute: 10 ring push ups, remaining time: box jump (24/30in)
3rd minute: rest
