Not Wider--Lower!

We are all guilty (at some point) of going goofy wide with our feet and/or not receiving the bar completely locked out when power snatching. We tried to focus on pulling under more during today's heavy power snatch as the weight got heavier AND on Isabel as we got fatigued. Ashely was doing a beautiful job of this, as you can see here.
