Front Loaded Carry

Front loaded carries seem so innocent... until you do them.

2 Minute AMRAP:
Station 1: 5 Bench Press (155/95#) and 5 Dead Hang Pull Ups (Partners work at the same time, alternating movements)
Station 2: 10m Sand Bag Carry (100/70#), drop bag and then put on a 48" pedestal (Partners alternate work)
Station 3: 5/3 Calories on Assault Bike and Ski Erg (Partners work at the same time, alternating movements)
*One minute rest between stations
