I like the look of today's workout. I'm wondering if there was a calorie row rep that was most strategic to finishing fastest??

With a partner row 200 Cals for time (one partner works at a time)
Every time partners switch they do the same number of reps of the following movement as the number of calories the one partner rowed.

Shoulder Press (95/65#)
GHD Sit Up
