Workout:

5 rounds:
2 minutes for front rack, step back lunge/weighted step ups (20" box). 8 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps, 4 reps, and 2 reps, rounds 1,2,3,4, and 5, respectively.
Each person chooses their own starting weight and increases weight as they choose.
1 minute rest 2 minute dodgeball game.
Penalties: missed throw = 1 burpee in field of play Hit by ball = 5 wall balls Thrown ball caught by other team = 5 push ups.
