Hoku Appreciation Day

We are losing another one to the great city of San Diego.  Today is Hoku Appreciation Day, so if you haven't already, send some Love to our boy Hoku!

Workout:

Two teams of four
3 Rounds:
5 minutes
Half of each team plays 2 on 2 basketball while the other half AMRAPS:
5 dead hang pull ups
10 DB bench press (30s/60s)
15 wall balls
Teams switch roles once one of the teams scores 2 baskets.
1 minute rest2 minutes of crossfit dodgeball (burpees when hit or caught)
