So You Think You Can Dance?

Here is Kim leaving no question in the judges mind on range of motion.  Her chin is well over the bar.  Beautiful to see.
A lot of CrossFits workouts are set up in an intentional sequence in order to test a particular capacity.  You could look at Helen as an example of this.  You're good at pull ups?  That's fantastic, have you tried Helen?  Doing pull ups directly after 21 kettlebell swings and also post 400 meter run which doesn't seem to help, is a whole nother ball game.  Can you think of other workouts that are set up in what seems to be a deliberately challenging way?  I know we have at least one on the board.  Scroll Down for the answer.
Another example is back at the (I believe) 2011 Games where the individuals had to do some form of weighted pull up before a max snatch.  An intepreation of this could be either Castro wanted to really test who had a strong grip, or, to completely smoke the biceps to see who's using proper musculature for the snatch - going off the Burgener adage, "when the arms bend the power ends."

Isabel.  You're good at thrusters and pull ups?  How about 50 and 30 after a 1K row?  Very different workout.
