With a partner for time:
60 back squats (3/4 bodyweight/bodyweight)
400 meter run
100 push ups
400 meter run
60 pull ups
400 meter run
100 weighted sit ups (10# plate overhead at upright position)
400 meter run
*Partners workout at the same time but alternate reps. Each time they have to break a movement they have to complete 20 double unders before continuing.
