Super fun this morning going after The Games workout, "Vest Triplet."  Luckily we had a few vests laying around, in addition to THE CrossFit Games vest that Annie brought home and used at this years competition.  
Here is Ethan taking the scenic route over the box and Karen tapping into the CrossFit Games experience with Annie's vest!

Workout:

2017 CrossFit Games Vest Triplet

Teenage, 35-49 Divisions
4 rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
24 squats
12 burpee box jump-overs

M 14-15 wear a 14-lb. vest
M 16-49 wear a 20-lb. vest
F 14-15 wear a 10-lb. vest
F 16-49 wear a 14-lb. vest

50+ Divisions
3 rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
24 squats
12 burpee box jump-overs

M 50-59 wear a 20-lb. vest
M 60+ wear a 14-lb. vest
F 50-59 wear a 14-lb. vest
F 60+ wear a 10-lb. vest

Athletes will run 400 meters, then perform 24 air squats, then 12 burpee box jump overs. All divisions will jump/climb over a 30-inch box for their burpees. Once 4 rounds (3 rounds for 50+ divisions) have been completed, the athlete will cross the finish line.

The athlete’s score is the total time it takes for them to complete the event.
