So Squatty!

Today's workout had 150 air squats in it, and even the best of us can start to predominantly hip hinge (more on this tomorrow/Thursday) instead of actually squat as we get tired. EVERY time I looked over Arthur was in the rock bottom of his squat. Even more impressive since he's got a good distance to get there.
