Talk Train

A big thank you to everyone who came out to the MNM Trilogy Training talk today.  If you missed it, worry not, the same talk will be given next Saturday at 11:30am!  - See the flyer below.

An integral aspect to MNM Training is addressing the athlete as an individual - doing our best to figure out what is and what isn't working. 

The photo below is a little depiction of this idea.  Nate found himself in more of an upright prep position for the hang power clean, while Claire decided to get more of the posterior chain involved.  Why are these athletes is two different positions?  Is there something we can learn here about what does or doesn't work for either athlete?  Does something need to change?

There may not be answers to these questions right now, but taking a deeper look at the individual process of becoming a fitter athlete can be very beneficial for achieving desired goals - plug MNM Training.
