Luck Of the Leprechaun

Two little leprechauns going synchro on the first set of snatches ;)

Workout:

Split class into two teams. Teams have 30 minutes to complete the following in as few unbroken sets as possible:
30 back squats (123/185) per person.
30 pull ups per person.
30 push press (83/135) per person.
200 double unders per person.
50 tuck ups per person.
20/30 cal. Assault bike (30 second limit per set) per person.
The team’s score is the amount of unbroken sets required to complete the work. Teammates can help with each other’s reps.

Today right before starting Alexis was saying how nervous she was—I’m sure more than one of us can relate with that feeling. During the workout I heard Perry remind her to smile. Such sage advice—because after all, we’re doing this because we love it and because we want to.
