Mental

Tim at the end of one of his three 800's.  Pushing yourself to the max on an 800 meter run can be one of the most painful training experiences there are.  It seems like all of it is mental.  What helps you the most get through that run?

2 Rounds: 
30 second ME Pull Up
 30 second rest
 30 second ME Dip
 2 minute Rest
 *ME - max effort

3 x 800 meter run
 * 3 minute rest between each effort
