Cool video from HQ here on Shane Dorian and his Crossfit training.  Shane is one of, if not the best big wave surfers in the world.  It's interesting to hear him tell his Crossfit story, I'm sure sure a lot of you can relate to what he describes.

Partner #2: Calorie Row (for the time it takes partner to run 200 meters)

Partner #1: Burpees (for the time it takes partner to do 30 kbs)
*Alternate for 5 minutes, score individual burpees

Partner #2: KBS (for time it takes partner number one to do 20 burpees)
