Crawl Before Walk

Building strength in the dip is crucial for achieving a ring muscle up.  Arthur shows us the position you need build strength from in order to perform a ring muscle up.

Workout:

100 reps of burpee
25 reps of shuttle run (15 meters = 1 rep)
75 reps of toes-to-bar
25 reps of shuttle run
50 reps of ground to overhead (35/50lb)
25 reps of shuttle run
*Done on a 1 minute ON 1 minute OFF interval
