"Long Day's Journey Into Night"

Saturday workouts are notoriously long and tough. Today, when she was done with the workout, we congratulated Leslie Smith and she said "It was a long day's journey into night", which was so Leslie. Just one of the many reasons we love her! For reference, I looked it up and it is a play by Eugene O'Neill (in case you're ever on Jeopardy).

Workout:

800m Run
3 rounds of:
8 Front Rack Step Ups (95/65#)
10 Pull Ups
12 Burpees
then a 400m run
3 rounds of:
12 Burpees
10 Pull Ups
8 Front Rack Step Ups
then an 800m run
