14 minute AMRAP:
200 meter run after 0 (start of the clock), 2, 4 and 6th minutes.
KBS(35/53#) AMRAP after 0 and 4th minute runs
Double Under AMRAP after 2 and 6th minute runs
400 meter run at minute 8.  When you return, remaining time AMRAP of:
10 KBS
30 Double Unders
