Hi-Hang

Scotty Greco was showing some pretty impressive technique with the hi-hang snatch tonight.  The way he was "flicking" his hips through, even without the initial load or prep, pretty cool to see.  Here he is going with a more lay-back pull in the snatch.

Lindsay was also looking strong tonight.  She shows great power in her olympic lifts, combining strength and speed.  Here she is committing to a nice high and wide elbow pull as she releases under the bar.
