Pull Down
/We usually don't think of toes to bar as being a pull "down" move, but rather a pulling "up" of our legs. But when the kip is employed, the movement involves a lat pull down, which causes the torso to lay back and helps us get our toes up to the bar; as Sarah is showing nicely here.
