Lesley and John Magnussen part of our crossfit family would love help with meals.  They are new parents with preemie twins.  Seneca is home and Riley is still in the hospital.  The link to sign-up is

Workout:

Split the class into two teams and assign each team half the number of rowing machines as there are people on their team.  Set each rower to count down from 6,000 meters.  Teams will have two scores, the time it takes to finish rowing 6,000 meters on all of their machines, and the total number of reps they perform of the following fives movements: wall balls, ball slams, double unders, ring rows, and dips.  Athletes can attempt max rep, unbroken, sets of any of the five movements they want while not on the rower.  They can attempt as many max rep efforts for each movement they want but will only be scored on the sum of their two highest rep totals for each movement.  The cutoff time will be when they complete their rows.

THE GYM WILL BE CLOSED SATURDAY AND SUNDAY NEXT WEEKEND MAY 3RD AND 4TH FOR ALL CLASSES AND PERSONALS.  BUT WORRY NOT WEEKEND WARRIORS, WE HAVE A TRACK DAY PLANNED!  WE WILL BE HOLDING CLASSES AT THE TRACK SATURDAY MORNING, 7, 9 AND 10:30.  THERE WILL BE NO CLASSES ON SUNDAY.
