Split class into teams

30 minute cap - 3 Rounds for time:

Round 1 - each person goes through the following twice: 10 deadlifts (135/225), 60 double unders, 25 ball slams (15/20), 20 db push press (20/35), and 25 Abmat sit-ups.
When everyone is done the whole team does a 400 m med-ball run.
Round 2 - Each person goes through the following twice:  5 deadlifts (155/275), 40 double unders, 20 ball slams (20/30), 15 db push press (25/40), and 20 star sit-ups.
When everyone is done the whole team does a 400 m med-ball run.
Round 3 - Each person goes through the following twice: 3 deadlifts (175/295), 30 double unders unbroken, 10 ball slams (30/40), 10 db push press (30/45), and 10 GHD sit-ups
