Deadlifts And Birthdays

Special birthday for a special lady.  Happy birthday Rachel!

It is very important to set up in a good position, but just as important is keeping that position off the ground.  That is the idea of pulling the slack out of the bar and creating a system of tension between you and the barbell.  Here is Flo not only looking good in an effective set up, but she is also engaged into the barbell with maximal tension to lift the weight.
