Balancing the Unbalanced

Today's warm up and workout may have shown us where some of our imbalances or areas of weakness are. Some of the warm up drills were slow and required balance, stabilization and focus to do properly. The upright row and split squat were unilateral movements that can often show where one side is stronger than the other, as can the bench when using dumbbells instead of a barbell. Did you find any glaring weaknesses through today's workout?
