With a partner, for time:

200 calories rowing with partners alternating on one rowing machine. 

Before rowing a calorie one partner must first complete at least one push up on a loaded barbell (63/95). Each push up completed allows them to row one calorie. Additionally, they must break up the push ups after every 3 reps with a clean thruster. While one partner is rowing the other is earning calories by completing push ups. At the 100 calorie mark push ups are done on a med-ball and they complete 1 clean wall ball after every two push ups until 200 calories have been rowed.
