DB Thruster (25/35#) Lateral jump (12/20in) Kettlebell Swing (35/53#)

-Running clock -Score total reps -Start with 20 seconds at each movement followed by 20 second rest.  Then 30 seconds at each movement followed by 30 second rest.  Continue with 40, 50 and 60 second rounds.  Rest 2 minutes following last round then complete 800m run for time
