Thruster - Pull Up

Today we took the thruster apart a little bit. We talked about the different kinds of grips, the importance of the vertical torso (especially at the bottom of the squat) and using your legs and hips to power the movement. Check out this old video of Greg Amundson and annie doing some thrusters. Is there a better movement combination in Crossfit than thrusters and pull ups??? Workout:

200m Run

- Workout starts with a set of thrusters, once the bar is placed on the ground or at the hips you have to move on to pull ups.  Same with the pull up, once you drop from bar a 200m run must be completed.

- Score total repetitions
