Gary Got Hops

Gary flies up onto the boxes at 53.5". It's interesting to watch his approach and it's helpful to watch how much he uses his arms. But what's most impressive is his commitment. As many of us saw today, what limits us in a max effort at a box jump is not necessarily our athletic ability, but what happens between the ears before we attempt to execute it. It's amazing to see the things we can achieve when we truly believe we can do it.
