Working On Waiting
/Love this little video. It's what a lot of us need to work on, waiting for that bar to be swept into the hip creese before we explode, jump or "upper-cut" the bar. "Hold the knees back a little longer" when you pass the knees was another great cue from this video, addressing the same thing, "premature jumping."
