Bear

The first thing we worked on today was one time through "The Bear" complex every minute on the minute for 10 minutes.  There are multiple ways to go about completing this complex.  In all of its parts, the complex is power clean + front squat + push press + back squat + jerk.  On the other side of the spectrum (doing the complex in one continuous motion), clean-thruster + backsquat-thruster-jerk?  Here is Isaac showing us the latter.
