External Object

Sometimes it's nice to do a workout without manipulating any external objects, what Crossfit defines as weightlifting.  Shawn, Cori and Sarah all on their pull ups during this Saturday bodyweight workout.

Workout:

30 reps of burpee 
5 reps of pull-up 
30 reps of box jump 
200 m run 
25 reps of burpee 
10 reps of pull-up 
400 m run 
20 reps of burpee 
15 reps of pull-up 
30 reps of box jump 
800 m run 
15 reps of burpee 
20 reps of pull-up 
400 m run 
10 reps of burpee 
25 reps of pull-up
