Solid Crew
/These guys form a great little crew over at West Marine, always very positive and supportive of one another. Here's a shot illustrating one great aspect of the crossfit methodology, scalability. It doesn't matter your level, everyone is being challenged just the same. Stuart and Denise side by side both giving a solid effort, one with, one without using the legs.
