Workout:

4 Rounds:
5 minute AMRAP calorie row - 3 minute rest
Buy in: 100 reps - Rotate through the following movements every :30 until you have completed 100 reps total, then row for calories the remainder of the 5 minutes:
wall balls (9'/10')
pass throughs
KBSs (35/53)
box jumps (20"/24")
push ups
sit ups
ring rows.
Score = calories rowed
