I unfortunately didn’t make it in today and so I didn’t get any photos or videos.
BUT… I was in yesterday training David, Katie and Emma and got this video of Emma back squatting. Goal was to work up to a heavy set of 2 reps.
This was Emma’s last set at 170#. Only problem is, she made it look light, not heavy!
