Scaling Up
/Usually doing the daily workout “RX’d” is already pretty tough. But every once in a while there is the opportunity/challenge to “scale up” from the RX. Today was one of those days; by choosing to do both movements unbroken for all sets. I tried to do it, but was unable to make the rounds of 40 and 30 Wall Balls.
Mhairi, on the other hand, was able to do the whole thing UB!! VERY impressive!
