Magic

So proud of these ladies and everyone else who tackled or is going to tackle the first Open workout. It’s like Sho said this morning; even though it doesn’t matter (i.e. you’re not trying to make it to the CF Games) there is a different feeling you get before these workouts—a heightened nervousness or excitement. And I truly believe that for most of us that is a really healthy thing. To push ourselves out of our comfort zone and get a little uncomfortable is good. That is where all the growing and magic happens! We may not meet our expectations on some things and then we may exceed our expectations on others and in either case we will learn a lot about ourselves and how we want to move forward.
Here’s to a magic filled 5 weeks!!
