Today’s workout had a 1:1 (ish) work to rest ratio. It was just enough rest to really push the work piece round after round after round….

10 BB RDL (3030 Tempo)
8-10 Close Grip Bench Press
8-10 DB External Rotation/Side

20 Minute AMRAP:
With a Partner:
3 Deadlift (185/125#)
6 DB Push Press (50/35#)
9 Cal Ski
*Partner one does one full round, then Partner 2 does one full round
