Work up to shoulder press 1 rep max Then continue to Push Press 3 rep max Then continue to Push or Split jerk 5 rep max

THEN: On the minute for 10minutes: Start the first minute with: 3 “High” wallballs, 4 Russian Kettlebell swings, and 15 double unders Rest the remainder of the minute On the second minute: add 1 rep to the wallballs and KBS, and 5 reps to the double unders… so minute 2 would be 4, 5, and 20 Continue adding 1, 1 and 5 reps respectively until you can no longer complete the work in one minute Then minute 3 would be 5, 6, and 25….etc… Then go back to 3, 4, and 15  and start climbing again until the 10th round is completed If you run out of time more than once, just keep starting over at 3, 4 and 15 reps.

Record the highest round completed

Ball target height should be 1 foot higher than normal for women and 2 feet higher for men.
