Max reps with a partner in three minutes at six stations, 30 second rest/transition between stations:
Station 1: Wall balls, alternate w/ partner by passing the med-ball off the wall to partner. Station 2: Med-ball sit ups. Station 3: Burpee box jumps, alternating on same box from opposite sides. Station 4: Sled pulls, alternate pulling sled 10 meters with rope, then switch sides. Station 5: Double-unders, both partners working at the same time. Station 6: Push press (55/75), one partner at a time.
