Some strength work then a little workout, also known as strength and conditioning, fun stuff.

There will ONLY be the 7am class this Saturday, due to the Olympic Seminar we are hosting.  It's not too late if you're interested in the Oly seminar, check info to the right of page.

Workout:

Press 5-5-5

400 /200 / 400 / 200m Run 25 Double Unders 15 Lunges 10 Ring Push Ups / Push Ups 1-2  Rope Climbs

-Alternate each round with 400/200m runs

-Get as many Ring Push ups as u can unbroken. If have to break up finish with standard push ups
