Happy Anniversary!

Yesterday was Mayo and Kelly’s one year anniversary of personal training. Mayo started Crossfit out at West Marine a few years ago, and then decided to focus even more on her training and do personals with Kelly. For her anniversary present Kelly had her repeat a workout that she did when they first started and needless to say, Mayo CRUSHED her old time.

Workout:

For time:
1 minute max reps double unders.
1 minute rest.
Descending ladder of single arm dumbbell hang power snatch (25/40) starting at 10, going to 1.
Ascending ladder of overhead (25/40) step up (20”) starting at 1, going up to 10.
Athletes do 1 ascent/ in the rope between doing a rung of each ladder, i.e. 10 HPS, 1 step up, ascent/decent, 9 HPS, 2 step ups, ascent decent... etc.
1 minute rest.
Descending ladder of strict (no kip) knees to elbows starting at 10 and going down to 1.
Ascending ladder of push ups starting at 1 and going up to 10.
Athletes do 1 ascent/ in the rope between doing a rung of each ladder.
1 minute max reps double unders.
Score is time to complete and total reps of double unders.
