200m medball run (buy in)
10 Wall Ball
10 Medball Sit Up
Rest 2 minutes
6 Minute AMRAP:
200m medball run (buy in)
10 MBC
10 Ball Jumps (jump over ball any how)
Rest 2 minutes
6 Minute AMRAP:
200m medball run (buy in)
10 Medball Push Up (push up on medball)
10 Medball Mat Nasty's (jumping lunge with medball, hold anyway preferred)
-Each round starts with a 200m medball run. RX'd-20/14# for all movements but medball sit up which is 14/8#. Score total reps in each round.
